I was curious what everyone thinks of the game so far? Likes, Dislikes? Found any bugs yet?

I think you haven't notice "Ignores armor" and &quotermanent enhancement while in trap" on bolt spell.

Of course I have noticed them, and used them many times.

The restated problem is that I am physically blocked/disallowed from completing lower level fields before completing higher level ones. It was reported by others that they were able to complete M before H, but the game is blocking M for me. M1 is clearly lower level than H4 but unlike previous players, the game is not allowing me to start M1 (yes I have the field token). Should I move this to a bug thread? Is there something missing? I literally have no fields available to play because of this problem.

Didn't reload the page for a while? 1.0.9a should fix this.

All of these problems and my posts were reported from 1.0.9a. They were still problems as of last night at 2am EST when I last checked. I don't leave the page open for days on end. I have filed this as a bug report in the FAQ bug reporting section.

M1 requires the freeze skill from H4 to open the tomb. In 1.09, you couldn't access tomb fields that had a prerequisite skill if you didn't have said skill. It should be fixed in 1.09a.

That said, why not just open the tomb in H4?

A few bits of advice on dealing with H4's tome chamber (I had trouble with it as well):

Have one tower on the non-path area just below the chamber, not too big of a gem to constrain the range it fires upon (so the kills are in the chamber's region of sacrifice).

Have your main towers on the other side of the path from the chamber, to the left and perhaps upwards.

When mana permits, make traps along the curving path above and to the right of the chamber, green or green-orange, set to either swarmlings or least hit points. Have most towers set for least hit points except when using bolts to kill giants with, and enrage the swarmling waves with 1 or 2 gems apiece to increase the numbers dying near the chamber. You may need to let giants and reavers get to your orb and be banished at times, while eliminating the smaller monsters to keep them from interfering with killing the giants.

H4 only allows Chain HIt and Poison, neither of which are the orange gem.

Shadows are easy to beat...you get the purple gem tome early on-ish, when it comes pause place 5 G2 towers set to flying ones target right next to your orb, upgrade to 3 later on, when you think you can take it down without much effort later on put beam on the purples, freeze shadow, watch armor all fall off, watch your main gem shred it with bolt.

Personally, I think they should be more powerful the higher level you are, not the wave...they're too pathetic for me atm.

Unfortunately, its not fixed. All of my reports were in 1.0.9a. I've moved this to bug reporting since it is an acknowledged bug.

Because I was nowhere near the level required to do it. There are numerous fields I should have access to first in order to get there gradually, but they are blocked by a bug. I'm trying to get the bug fixed instead of grinding endlessly through previous fields.

H4 is very easy, what level are you? You want to do M fields before H fields?

H4 is 30 waves and 36 starting hp.
M7 is 36 waves and 62 starting hp.

If you are not strong enough to get the H4 skill tome then you wont be strong enough to beat the M fields.

Only M1 has weak monsters, M2 is already much harder than H4.

To open M1 tomb, you need to freeze monsters and kill them in XX area. So you definatly freezae speell first.

Here ill help u, not sur whats your level but. For skills put fusion at maxium possible and the rest like in the picture. The rest of your skill points will be starting mana. In game place a gem like i showed, when you have enough mana place a second tower on top of it and duplicate your gem. Then upgrade them as soon as possible.

You can also enrage waves(spawn waves prefered) to summon additional monsters, you can even use battle traits to add more waves, but note that these are not needed cause theres more than enough monster to open the skill tomb without these

Then tell me how I beat several of the M fields before going back and beating H4.

Actually, no I wasn't.

I had no idea enraging waves would help me at the time, and there aren't enough monsters in the standard H4 waves to crack open that skill tome.
