I got the Deadly Strike Quest allright... but not from the level you mentioned @Reton8. =P
I replayed level 1 over and over with the suggestion you gave me, but I always seem to come up 1 or 2 kills short for the Quest to unlock. So I decided to move to another level and try my luck there...
Turns out level 2 has an even bigger swarm of easy to kill monsters (28 I think) which can be killed instantly with the Air Strike right at the entrance of the level! Et voila! Quest achieved! =)
(Note: I had the Air Stike fully upgraded to achieve this Quest!)
Hey whatever works lol. I might have gotten lucky because it was the fire on the ground that killed the last enemy. A swarm of 28 sounds better than hoping for the fire to burn the last enemy lol.
In round 1 alone, I played 10 waves--all of which I rushed, killed 185 invaders, and gathered 880 minerals. The most remarkable part of all of this is that I got the first three quests--the three easy ones--at the exact same time when the level ended, despite the fact that I did not gather 10000 minerals, rush 20 waves, or kill 500 invaders.
Apparently @MPH_Complexity also received these quests upon completing level 1, so evidently it's not a one-time glitch.

I can report same results. I also got the Maximum Drill quest on level 3. I don't think i got over 6000 on that. It states 8,9,10. so i thought it was only available on them.
I can confirm on the 3 first quests buggily ticking off all at once after the first level. Also managed to get the 25 single air strike kills the way Reton wrote - thanks! Now I could use some hints on how to se up my towers to get that Immaculate Victory. Best results so far on level 8, but still a single monster gets through (usually one of the higher-hp ones, last time it was a scimitar)
Don't be afraid to sell and replace your turrets as necessary once you get close to the last wave. The four turret spots towards the bottom of the screen should be replaced as necessary. Most monsters usually die before they are even in range of these back turrets and the ones that do get in range should be dealt with by a type that is strong against them.

Just got immaculate victory. I always messed up on the last 2/3 waves. This time, I started the game in two windows. Played without air-strikes for AG and reached 17th wave on the other site with time to spare. After that, I just had to play the other one without air-strikes first to see how the monsters will be coming and where to set up the defense. Then, return here to finish that wave perfectly. I got it on my first try with this method.
And for those that have difficulty while playing the game from the start, here are a few pointers in non-consequetive order of appearance/usage :
[#1] Don't be afraid to sell a turret later on in a battle; hover over the countdown icon and quick-study your next enemies. Sometimes repositioning your turrets to cope with the coming wave will give you the edge over them and beat the wave.
[#2] Remember that you can always alter your star settings in the Upgrade menu!!! Simply click reset and replace the stars you already earned on turret upgrades that suit your next level best. Note: this only works during the first 5 or 6 sectors, because later on, you will encounter all the enemies! But by that time, you surely have earned enough stars to have -almost- all the turrets and strikes upgraded.
[#3] Hold off on using air strike and tesla strikes untill the enemy is almost at your base and it's close to attacking it! Sometimes a closeby turret finishes it and you have lost valuable cooling down time of said strike...
[#4] Use Tesla Strike mostly for quick attack on larger and tougher enemies (it fires immediately after selection and deals more damage quickly) and Air Strike for blanket attack on larger groups (it deals less damage per rocket and has a slight delay in firing; the ground burn is almost negligable at later stages).
[#5] Study the map before starting the first wave and place turrets on those foundations that have the most area covered. This way, the turret can keep firing at the enemy because it is in range for a longer period of time.
[#6] Sometimes it is better to build an extra turret of the same sort, instead of upgrading the first one. The rate of fire is then doubled, which is not the case when you upgrade it and only get 10% or 15% extra rate of fire for that turret!
If I find or think of more pointers, I will edit these and re-post them! Happy hunting! =)
One of the pointers you can use is to fully upgrade a turret (without the minerals). Then, just wait for it to shoot at the enemy before selling and re-building it again. Wait for it to shoot before upgrading it once. Repeat the same step till it is fully upgraded before selling it again. This method saves the reloading time a lot especially for rocket launchers. I only use this method for the final waves when I have saved up a lot of money. If you set up the turrets right, you can take down most enemies before they cross half of the stage including some really strong ones who usually walk slowly.
