There has always been whispering in dark corners about it, casual mentioning in fairly crowded places and some subtle hinting behind closed doors every now and then... but lately, it seems these occurances have started to grow... "Hey! Psst... were you around back then?!", "Are you one of us?!", "Remember the good old days?!", "I'm wondering... what was your final rank?!"

Well... ENOUGH! NO MORE!!

It's time we brought it back into the open, dust it off and shed some light onto it! Yes!!
The former Armor Points, or for short 'AP', System!!

Remember that small ranking image in the middle on the left side of your screen? No? Well, this one...

Remember now?! Yes! Exactly! THAT ONE!!
It would show a portion of the rankings in AP for every user/member of this website! Like this:

And you could check your Armor Games Profile every day to see what your current accumulated AP score was...

Remember?! Yes?! Huh?! *nudgenudgewinkwink*

So... what seems to be bothering a lot of users lately - and don't you DARE deny it!- is...
'How much AP would I have now according to the old system? And what would my AP ranking be?!'

Posts in Forum Games and Newcomers Forum that didn't count before now count, resulting in certain users gaining a large number of posts.

That's a total of 18460 AP (equivalent to Gold King). This means the last 5 days and the update combined for a 7562 AP increase.

No, this means that your count is inaccurate now because Forum Games post never counted for AP.

If that's the case, then there is no way for a normal user to accurately calculate AP because post count is not categorized by forum.

The way I see it we're seeing what out AP would be like if it was active right now, meaning that all forum game posts etc. would still count since our posts are higher.

Hmm, 49 days since my last check, lets see...

1,004 Games Rated = 2,008
6,603 comments = 13,206
5,911 forum posts = 5,911
0 games submitted = 0
8 merits = 200

21,325 AP. +2392 from my last check. I guess that forum boost accounts for about half of it though.

If the old leaderboards were as they sit in the OP (not accounting for all the users who would've passed me since) I would be in 12th place... Not too shabby I guess, but when you have forum games, it's a little easier lol.
