I have unlocked and completed the first four quarters fully, when do i get to scout the north quarter?

I have unlocked and completed the first four quarters fully, when do i get to scout the north quarter?

I don't have any master in the central outskirts either. When I replay the map on Patrol mode, I just get the missing items quest over and over. Looks like a bug.

I got the master of pain in the central outskirts but still can't find master of wisdom anywhere.

Ok as has been said before the Masters are found in the following locations
Old quarter (intro and fairgrounds),
Greyed quarter (tower)
Working quarter(mine)
Central quarter(outskirts)
you can find them in those locations in any order you like
but the order in which you find the Masters does not change
the Master of Wisdom will always be the fourth Master you find
so if you missed a Master somewhere you will find the Master of Pain in the Central Outskirts (if you missed two it would be the Master of Armor)
and the Master of Wisdom will be found in the location where you haven't found a Master yet
I hope this helps some of you i have searched the Central Outskirts for ages before i finaly tried the other locations

I Cannot Seem to Unlock the Fourth Area? any ideas how?

Old Quarter - 100%
Working Quarter - 100%
Greyed Quarter also - 100%

I found Master of Wisdom in Greyed quarter(tower,patrol) after completing the game

the only way to get the master of war is to get all masters and open 4 reqourid items and skills. that all needs. becous i get him. i know how to get him.

All the Masters are located in the first 4 Quarters. The old Quarter has 2 Masters, while Grayed, Working and Central all has one.

@Epikkiller123 Masters cannot be killed. If he is killed just stand ontop of his body he will be revived.

To open a new quarter, you have to use the mission unlocked with completing the first garde of the tower. this new button is right next "fairgrounds". In this mission, you have to eradicate ennemies with the weapons you built in the tower.

I have the same problem as lorenzvon_navarro. , but with the master of pain.

Check back in the first four quarters to make sure that the master has entered the Tavern. A common problem is with the first quarter.

I actually had to escort the Greyed Quarter Master into the tavern 3 times to obtain the master. I got the accomplishment every time, but it only counted the third time. (Yes, it told every time that I had new skills, but only the third time did I actually get new skills)

So it is a good idea to go back and try again, because sometimes it is definitely bugged.

Hexo_HG is absolutely right! I couldn't find that Master of Widsom for the longest time, but I went to the 4 places he listed, and found him finally! If he died the first time in the Central quarter, then just go to these 4 places, maybe more than once, until he finally reappears:

Masters will appear in these locations :

Greyed quarter (tower)
