I doubt that could be enjoyably sustainable. A lesser elation would be viewed as negative, so you'd just be getting higher and higher to the point where happiness becomes asymptotic.
ah but see i didnt say everyone had to be happy all the time. But there has to be something for everyone that will make them happy. It doesn't have to exist for the persons entire life. Just that eventually, people will experience true happiness.
I second that "boon" or "gift" or whatever we want to call it.

That'd be nice. Though I do think we as a race can thrive without a God but none the less I still second that notion.
As for my third wish... I guess I'd ask for current disputes around the world to be resolved. Or ask for humanity to have superior intelligence enabling us to settle matters without need of violence. One of those two, I can't decide.
