Its an original, but its AMAZING!

American Psycho's a good one, or if you're in the mood for more B movie-ish I'd say go for Cube

The Big Lebowski is a must see. It's one of those cult classics that people will always continue to enjoy.

For a comedy I would recommend The Fearless Vampire Killers. It's an old late 60's movie but I never get tired of watching it.
For an horror/sci-fi film I would say Phantasm (the first one). It's so creepy and weird. Last time I checked, YouTube had the entire movie available to watch for free.

Some new ones, Fury, Interstellar and The imitation game, watch them in the opposite order to which I listed them.
