I said a while back in kiwi that I would be back with a vengeance. Well, here I am, sitting on this, after only one day of vigilant freezing:

My optimism points toward a super grade 100 in the coming days, finally completing the crusade in aesthetics as well as cost.

Participation is encouraged.

So... I suspect this is a little off-topic, but ...

I'd really like to know where could share some info about a script I wrote.
It translates the Parentheses-Version of a Spec-Scheme into commands for gem creation. Works just fine for 256-Spec and lower. Didn't test larger schemes, cause i couldn't find the Parentheses-Version.

I've heard that talk about macros and scripts is not tolareted round here...
so where can I go?

The first part can be answered here:
You can find much bigger parenthesis schemes here:

https://github.com/quinor/gemforce/tree/master/results

in that folder there are all the currently best speccing and combining recipes for all the interesting gems (except whites and different combines kill/mana setups, I'm still working on those).

I've also heard that talking about scripts in games is frowned upon in the AG forum, but you can stop at the irc channel #gemcraft at freenode.net, ( use https://kiwiirc.com/client ) most of the people you put in "@" hang there.
I'd be rather interested in the script, too (it may finally give me a practical way to test those monstrous recipes).

Finally back at G114!

You will notice it's one grade lower than expected; that's because I used a better base, which I initially employed as an auxiliary gem:

I decided to make it my main gem when it surpassed my other gem (which has 212 billion hits) in mana per hit, which is currently still G112.25. After all the improvements I made to my current farm ever since gemforce hit the scene, the combined difference is around 75.13%(!) between the old 64c incarnation and the new one:

I won't be upgrading the other gem for a while, since amps are taking priority for now.

So, I decided to end my run after coming up on a Flash limitation (memory leak or variable overflow) that renders further farming impossible.

So, I whipped up a quick killgem and started releasing my monsters from their endless prison of ice. So far, so good, until:

I've seen bilbo meet the ugly rear of zero HP monsters, but this is the first time I've seen negative HP!

Oh man - You have no luck with your longruns... I feel pity for you! So that was reward for so many hours of farming...
Guess, that's a reason for Peter to nerf the game - to spare us such frustrating moments :-/

Make a thread about it, especially for when you decide to go from levels 200-500 and 500-1000... High level is just a matter of grabbing level 60-100 talisman 3 at a time and endless frustration that you got a 61

I will reduce my goal to a G108 farm and have a much smaller risk of killing any future runs.

After further thought, I decided to split my run into two attempts:

This is where I'm at right now:

This is where I will return to if GC breaks:

Chrome+Pepper Flash is working better this time around, so I might see a full G114 setup in the coming weeks.

However, I've paused the run while my PC is calculating a 4096 combine for killgems. Why am I running this fool's errand? As I discovered, it only takes 2 hours to calculate a 1125-combine on my machine, so I should see it done in about a week, or 4 days if I'm lucky.
