We're growing a collection of website quests that you can earn by discovering parts of the site! These are a feature still in development as we go, so fair warning there may be some strangeness. If they don't show on your profile, give them 24-48 hours before contacting @MrDayCee and letting him know what's wrong.
NOTE: Website Quests can't currently activate on Game Pages or the Front Page. You'll need to visit your profile, quest page, friends page or an active forum page to get them to properly activate.

If the walkthrough is not deemed high enough quality you will not receive the quest, but you can improve your walkthrough and ask again. Bug Killer
You helped kill a bug. Nice work!

Knight's Blessing
You have been blessed by a Knight. You are truly worthy!
Hardness: Insane Note: This Quest is gifted by Knights only. It is only awarded to those that are recognized for making an exceptional contribution or effort on Armor Games. The reasons for receiving this great honor can be a wide variety of actions and are decided by the Knights to what they deem worthy of their blessing.
Stupid idea. What's the point of quests that you can get literally with a couple clicks? It does nothing but inflate the number of quests.
And this is going to generate a huge furor over people that changed from limited availability Armatars without realizing they can't change back. I just went to the page and clicked 'update Armatar WITHOUT changing anything, and in the top of the website it still has my original picture, but now in forums is has this stupid blue shield.
Also, the whole 'walkthrough' quest is stupid. I've posted walkthroughs for quests before, because I wanted to help people get the quests.
Now every single thread for new games and quests is going to be covered with poorly written 'walkthroughs' that provide nothing useful by people just attempting to get the quests.
Perma-ban would be worthless, as it could never be seen on a profile. But a temporary ban "quest" would be an incentive to follow the rules, since that will be on your profile forever. (and will have an added script to make sure it always goes to the top of your quest list, even after new quests are earnt)
Why would you like a ban quests? That's practically saying "hey, break the rules, you can earn something with it! If you do this, you're a good member"
I'm glad I read through these first before I tried Jacen's idea -- my Armatar isn't on the list either so I would have had the same headache.
Yeah my error was necessarily to stop others from doing it. That's what i tell myselt.
As you can clearly see, I have 2 different Armaters being shown.
Someone else who suffered my fate. That is what happens when armatar change. Some bits of the site update faster than others. The one on your page is the actual one.
Can ask ferret to hopefully restore you original armatar. It is weekend though and he is normally busy and not seen on much. So 1 or 2 days should be the wait.

The "quest" would not be added to the total for the recipient, and I personally wouldn't want people to know I had been enough of a jerk to get banned.
For those of us who have been around Armorgames for a couple of years, these new website quests seem very similar to the quests/badges/status that used to be in place ... the kinds of things that enabled players to get higher levels of Armatars, for example. It's not quite the same, but it seems on a very similar track. A little bit of nostalgia on the developers' part?
