I feel when I earn a quest, that I have achieved something and someone actually notices it. It feels good to have it displayed on my profile so others can see how much I have achieved

About your idea: Decision is a pretty old game, and its not AGs turn to add quests, the Devs must do it, AG can ask, but for a game "of this age"... its might be not worth to invest some extra time again, specially when the dev(s) have newer games/other projects to work on.
And the following titles [Decision 2 and Decision: Medieval) have quests!
