How to determine randomness
I will use Rolz to determine chances.
For %: If 5d20 gets lower or equal with %, it happens.
For random number: Roll 1d[gap] to see where it gets.
Effects
T1 is small, T2 is small, T3 is medium, T4 is high, T5 is top tier. Burn
T1: Deals 2-5 damage over time.
T2: Deals 6-8 damage over time.
T3: Deals 10-14 damage over time.
T4: Deals 15-20 damage over time.
T5: Deals 30 damage over time.
Shock
T1: Enemy moves slower.
T2: Enemy moves way slower.
T3: Enemy may not move.
T4: Enemy may not move and can't do non-spell attacks.
T5: Enemy may not move or attack.
Freeze
T1: Deals 2 damage over time and enemy moves somewhat slower.
T2: Deals 5 damage over time and enemy moves slower.
