Yes, alternate accounts are allowed. but there for playing online games, being the main hub for clans and the like. You're not allowed to do things like comment and make forum posts and all that jazz with them.
No, they can't all have the same email, each account is tied to a single email account and one email can't be used for multiple accounts.
You can use the same password if you wish. That just means that if someone knows your password; they can get into both accounts if they know it's the same password.
I've always found the alt rule regarding non-commenting a little too silly and restrictive. Would be great if we're allowed to comment for the sake of adding friends if need be, but nothing else.
