I don't know, usually poison is symbolized with the colour green. Except in Dark Souls 3, where it really is purple. But try to decipher the rune. Normally the rune tells you what it is about.

Just dig through the pile. I'm sure you'll find it eventually. The rune should probably be glowing yellow.

Do dragons really absorb the runestone's power by eating them? Maybe there's a better way to use them...

Scrap my previous request. My dragon just ate all the rejected runes I tired to feed him beforehand. And now he's glowing purple? I don't even know what's going on with my dragon any more!
