I'm usually quite fond of TD games despite many people loathing them, particularly if there's a unique twist on them (Villainous - reverse TD)

I also get easily addicted to MMO's and get sucked into the &quot2w" factor which is what happened me when I played Wartune last year.

Lately, I've just been playing random games here and there, typically ones with quests.

Not counting MMOs/P2W model:

Pokemon-like Turn-Based.
Front Mission-like Turn-Based.
Action.
Customization. Not upgrades.

Can't go wrong with Turn_Based strategy. Final Fantasy are brilliant examples of the awesomeness that is TBS.

Games is Super Smash Bros are also pretty amazing, but I'm not too sure what they're actually called.

Sports games were always my favorite. About eighty percent of the games I owned were sports-related. Most of the other twenty percent were shooters.

@SirPuddington
Super Smash Bros is a fighting game. Technically it is a crossover fighting game, but in general, games like it that do not feature characters from other game series are just called fighting games.
