You have to choose a meme and save it in your computer, Then you enter postimage.org for free image hosting.
When you enter you go to files you want to upload and then click browse.
You search the meme that you saved and when you are done click upload.
You will be given more links.
select one of the 2 links from above and come here to post the link by clicking image. Then you just copy the link over the http: thing.
Then just submit.
