Hmmm... the graphics is only passable for me.

It won't be long before people start to Fallout of their chairs and fall on the 4.
I was thinking the same thing, you'd think a franchise that got so much love from it's third release would make the devs up the graphics to an amazing level. Fallout 3 was like a post-apocalyptic version of Skyrim.
