Thanks for all your suggestions guys! I'd like to inform you the game design of S&S2 is pretty much done, and I'm glad to tell you that LOT of stuff you mentioned will be in the game
That doesn't include multiplayer, which is impossible for us to make right now.
Here is a short list of the game features:
- World map of the Neverseen to explore. Main path + other side quests locations.
- Town to build and upgrade. Cool NPC to discover and interact with. (Blacksmith, alchemist, in keeper, other weirdos...)
- More dynamic combat system (real time dodge, block, counter, critical, etc.)
- More interesting enemies: attack patterns, abilities and Epic Boss Fight!
- Deeper Hero customization (Male/Female, More skins, skills, abilities, equipment, stats, etc.)
- Evolution in Training mini game with more features to unlock as you progress, more missions, medals, etc.
- 6 Different weapons class to upgrade/equip/loot individually.
- Unique Armor system to collect and upgrade.
- Awesome art and animations improvement
- Pets to catch and rich ally system, they will help you in fights.
- Secrets hidden in the dark...
- TONS of other stuff we want to add if we have time
I Got an Idea for the Training Room, since i am a pure grinder, i do train a lot before facing the arena, so i thought the training room BG Music gets bored whenever i train for 1 Hour or so, make more BG Music(For Each Skill Aspect if posibble), Longer and Variations,Remixes, Deepness or speedness to express the intensity or dificulty of the Training, Also it makes no Sense Welding Sword and Shield in Dodge Training i think it will be better wear nothing but armor because the point is dodge,no block, no strike between, in Strength training instead of welding Sword and shield weld a 2-Handed Heavy object/weapon(Upgradable whenever level up the room or something) becasue welding your everyday sword all the time and striking it won't make you stronger(would make you skillfull), Accuracy training really liked it, but got 1 detail it wasn`t bow and Arrow my Long Range weapon everytime, so Variations of ranged weapons will be Great, Shield Training see is just blocking apples and collecting stars, my idea is to put variations of items throwed at my soul like... dunno... Darts(Faster than apples) Bottles(that can be Split mid-air), Bait Star(star who in mid travel transform to a threat) , Critical Training to make more harder than click and click again and a bait could use a variety of known keys to perform a perfect or variety to start the strike, arrow keys would be fine... shield unecesary in this training could use a lighter 1 or 2 Handed Item or main Weapon,something to add is Training Rags an Heavier than Normal Armor to make every train harder obviusly, this could be customizable and upgradable with the normal general upgrade, train cahllenges are also an idea, a group of out-of-the-box minigames who reward with a fairly hig amount of an skill like... pull a sword out of the stone, that fair game hat is to hit a catapult to ring the bell or something like That, Thanks for Reading and Support this idea if you like!!
There could be like a reborn feature,like when you finish the game you have a choice to be reborn and start with the weapons you started with when you first started the game,the enemies get harder,stuff cost more then normal,and the training is a tad harder,there could be a infinite amount of being reborn,the more you become reborn special enemies should appear like loot enemies which drop a decent amount of loot.
Also,maybe a enchanting room were you enchant your weapons to get status effects like poison,or maybe life steal.You could build it and the more you build it,the more enchantments,and also better levels of the enchantments.
