Simple! Easy! The rules are simple – if you had a skyscraper floor, what would you put in it? Why would it be special? Etc! 1st person does Floor 1, next Floor 2, and so on!

This floor is home to bla bla bla. Why? Because yadda yadda yadda yadda yadda. Also, it has yabber yabber yabber yabber yabber. It also has yeah yeah yeah in it. Nah nah nah.
Floor 1
This floor looks like an ordinary hotel lobby by day. At night the laws of physics become rather malleable.
This floor is where the lag is coming from. The time is being absorbed into this floor from below, meaning that pockets of temporal energy make things go faster (although only as much as 185 goes slower). It is very dangerous to enter this floor without a temporal containment suit as the effects of an energy pocket hitting part of your body can be fatal.
this floor has no lag because the floor below can't affect it, but due to the "contrast" between lag and no lag, everything in this floor seems to go much faster than usual
This is the 188th floor. Not much here. Except... What's that? OH &*%$ IT@S GOING TO GET ME!!!!! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!!!!! RUN!!!! *elevator door closes* onto 189.
This floor will slowly drain your intelligence. Eventually, you will be reduced to a baby's intelligence who would be unable to learn new things. Leaving this floor would allow you to slowly regain your intelligence.
This floor seems to hold one massive Random Number Generator. A device of this size has such a great potential that it is logical to assume it is the source of the whole craziness that plagues the skyscraper. Rigging or sabotaging the number generator can severely alter the events that occur or will occur, even possibly prevent some. Of course that is, if someone can find a way to do that.
This floor is a realm of brass, bone and blood. Unending gigantic battles are fought between armies of warriors from the length and breath of time. Rivers of boiling blood burst through the ground, as the very earth quakes with violence.
"Blood for the Blood God! Skulls for the Skull Throne!"
This floor is a great garden, full of life. Unfortunately the life is mostly rotting and diseased. Simply being here will result in many illnesses and probably death. Inhabitants include depressed counting Cyclopean daemons, small jovial daemons and giant,pus-seeping flies, toads and other animals. If unlucky, you may come across a very large and obese but very powerful daemon or... Maybe their God.
Heheheh...The Fortress of Khorne and the Garden of Nurgle...Me likes this XD
Floor 193
This floor is a massive maze, the largest one ever seen. Seemingly made of Crystals, every passage seems to constantly shift and change direction. It takes a great amount of knowledge, intelligence and observational skills to preserve one's sanity, let alone see what this maze is home to: a path that is said to lead to infinite knowledge. the path is guarded by 9 gates and a Guardian asks the individual who dares to attempt to go through them a question. The questions are some of the most difficult questions in the universe. If the challenger replies correctly, then the Guardian lets them through the correspondent gate. If not, the challenger is doomed to wander the maze aimlessly forever. So far, no one has successfully passed through all of the gates.
This is a vast golden level, with a burning bright light in the distance, and rows of armoured bronze giants lined around the walls. Far away, you see a....chair? A throne? A wizened figure sits motionless upon it. The whole level is filled with an aura of order and tranquility. But most tantalizingly of all, a raw sense of power permeates the air.
When you say something in this floor, the next person to speak has to say a good thing about it, and the next one a bad thing about it... and it never ends...
This floor contains the Stairways to Heaven. It is neverending for those who are still alive. However, should you die, the stairs would no longer be neverending and instead show the Pearly Gates of Heaven.
