Simple! Easy! The rules are simple – if you had a skyscraper floor, what would you put in it? Why would it be special? Etc! 1st person does Floor 1, next Floor 2, and so on!

This floor is home to bla bla bla. Why? Because yadda yadda yadda yadda yadda. Also, it has yabber yabber yabber yabber yabber. It also has yeah yeah yeah in it. Nah nah nah.
Floor 1
This floor looks like an ordinary hotel lobby by day. At night the laws of physics become rather malleable.
This floor has a massive, utterly hideous and tasteless fountain in the shape of a Tuna fish. The fish' open mouth is aimed upwards. The water sprinkles from there. The look in the fish' eyes looks exceedingly dumb and confused, almost as much as that of a real fish.
There is a sign in front of the massive fountain saying "the pride of our nation". No one knows what it means and whose sense of humor led to this.
This floor is yet another asylum floor, designed to hold the most disillusioned inhabitants of the floor below, who went mad after spending everything they had to beat the games...
This floor has an ancient monster locked in a chest, there are guards here 24/7 so the chest won't get stolen and the monster will never be set free anymore! (or maybe it's just a chest full of gold that they don't want to lose, no one knows for sure)
This floor is a massive ancient library. Tons of books and dusty logs can be found here. The bookshelves are not entirely stable though, so occasionally, they collapse due to the sheer weight of the books. Make sure not to be near one when that happens, the shelves will bring each other down like dominos along an entire row.
This floor is chronologically unstable. Upon arriving at this floor you may already find yourself somewhere on this floor instead of the entrance. These will be rather sporadic and may send you forward or backwards in time.
This floor holds tons of various keys. No one knows exactly what they unlock, but they are various different sizes and shapes. From keycards and laser keys to simple ones made of stone.
