Simple! Easy! The rules are simple – if you had a skyscraper floor, what would you put in it? Why would it be special? Etc! 1st person does Floor 1, next Floor 2, and so on!

This floor is home to bla bla bla. Why? Because yadda yadda yadda yadda yadda. Also, it has yabber yabber yabber yabber yabber. It also has yeah yeah yeah in it. Nah nah nah.
Floor 1
This floor looks like an ordinary hotel lobby by day. At night the laws of physics become rather malleable.
This floor is totally empty, and the mind of everyone who comes in it also gets empty... and their feelings... and thoughts... it takes hours to get them back after leaving...
This floor boasts a hotel suite even more luxurious than the one two floors below, complete with swimming pool, bar & grill, robot butlers, 9800 thread linen sheets, indoor trolley, billiard room, squash court, and holodeck. Unfortunately, the architect could only fit it all in O-scale, so not even the rats can fit through the tiny door at the end of the hall. If only the shrink doorway had been installed here instead.
This floor has a list with over 7,000,000,000 names, everyone in the world is here, and the list has lots of perfectly updated numbers for each person, it shows the number of times that person has lied so far in their lives

This floor contains the list of usernames of dead users and then a special section for users who keep coming back but are pretty much dead most of the time *cough* pokemonrocks126 aka me *cough*
This is an office with a bunch of cubicles, but nobody works here because of the giant automated meat tenderizers which continually pound against the floor of every cubicle, crushing anything within.
This floor is sitting in a Time Vortex. The effects onto anyone stepping into it may vary, from having their time zone accelerated to moving back in time 5 minutes ago.
Attempts to 'time-lock' the floor so that it is impossible to enter the Vortex have thus far failed, as is obvious from the brutal spontaneous ejection of broken devices and other experimental tech from the vortex.
Time is too busy to even visit this floor. In fact, the only occupant is y from cartesian space. Having nothing else to do, it just sits in a one-dimensional lounge chair staring at a linear newspaper all day. It's really depressing, so the elevator just skips this floor.
Or maybe the elevator cannot visit it due to the lack of the other 2 dimensions?
Floor 464
3 massive Tuning forks surround this room, eternally oscillating. When one of them stops or slows down, it is restarted by a complex mechanism involving the Time Vortex some floors below. However, non-synchronized restarts of the oscillation of each tuning fork mean that sometimes, they may oscillate in the same frequency. And when that happens, well, run Coordinated movement means the whole room starts shaking...violently
This floor IS a cartesian space with way more than the 3 dimensions we know, but we are limited to seeing only the X, Y and Z, there's a hidden treasure inside the black hole in this floor, but we need at least 5 dimensions to be able to see it, and 6 dimensions to go inside...
This floor contains a crystal clear lake which is surrounded by beautiful, lush forests. Nearby is a volcano which erupts every month on a random day. However, at the start of the next month, everything is mysteriously restored to it's former glory.
This floor has a switch to switch between 1-6 dimensions. However you can't use the elevator in the 6th dimension...
And in floor 466 the floor is lava if you are in the 6th dimension
On this floor, an upside-down ziggurat hangs from the ceiling in the same position as the volcano. It doesn't do anything; somebody just decided it would look nice in conjunction to the other floors. Also, it sometimes rains sideways from the Western wall.
