EMPIRES

It is dawn.

You awaken from your sleep in your hut to a sound of talking. It turns out, the leader of your tribe has been killed. After much discussion, the council decided that you are the best replacement of the old chief. You dutifully yet somewhat reluctantly accept. You walk up to the pedestal for the ceremony. As you stand atop it, you look around and think,

"One day, this small village will become the heartland of an empire. One day, this village will be the captial of the world. Perhaps not in my lifetime, or my children's or children's children's, but one day... We will rule all. I know it.

So, you have recently been appointed chief of your tribe. You must lead it to glory and conquer the known world.

This is no easy task.

Aaaalright! Since there's almost max ppl, i'm starting.

All
You step down from the ceremonial pedistal and look around. Your village and it's peopole are a hardy one, and you are sure that with your strength and ingenutiy you can take over the world with such ease that all will be impressed!

Thirty-five houses surround you as well as some fields that your peopole have harvested crops from for many moons. Your hut is a bit better than most houses, but they are all just wooden shacks meant to keep out wind, rain, and the cold.
Everyone can choose research from the following 3 areas: Resources, Combat, and Construction
Also, quick note. You dont have to assign workers unless your'e building things or recruiting more advanced troops (aka soldiers with alot of armor/ heavy weapons ect.)

Your people live in a very hilly area and have harvested all the rocks you could from the all-providing mountains.About a dozen miles away lies a forest you can gather wood from, but it is very difficult to do so. A river runs near your village.

You have twenty unassigned people. What jobs shall they preform?

You look around your village and realize you are a very coastal people. You have long fished from the sea but the hands is still your home. Nearby there are mountains, hills, and a few trees.
You eventually switched to agriculture when a disease hit the fish you fed off of many thousands of moons ago. You figure the disease has passed by now, however.

You have twenty unassigned tribesmen ready to work or do battle. They are yours to command.

You can't train Warriors without a Barracks. Also, you have to wait until everyone has finished their turn to continue.Other than that, you are fine.

Action: have workers make a dirt road from town to forest to make travel for wagons easier, if we dont have wagons I would make one, so 4 workers build a road while 2 build a wagon, dunno what time span a turn is? days months years? We can find a shallow crossing in the river ?

It's pretty much the stone age right now. You can't build wagons yet.

You tell your workers to create a small pathway to the forest. It will take 2 turns.

The river is rather long but relatively shallow, it's up to a man's chest though- Fighting here would be a nightmare.

I would like details about this river, is it fast moving, how wide, water clear or murky, there stony bottom or sand?

25 feet long, often it's going at 15 miles/hour, Sandy bottom for around 2 feet before you reach stone.
Normally it's clear, but sometimes sand can break off the bottom and flow with the river or some lighter rocks from the mountains. Mostly safe to drink provided you have atleast a crude filtration system so as to filter out more dangerous parts.
