"Heh" I chuckle to myself.

Figuring this is a simple thug.
I step back and focus all of my gravity on a thin line that passes over the kid's head, hoping to cut him, I then stop the line and focus around half of my gravity on the area around the kid, hoping to slow him and then I try to focus the other half into solidifying some sort of graviton claw on my right hand, if I am unable to do it, I try to reshape it into a graviton glove.
And if that still doesn't work out I refocus my gravity around the kid.

You focused on a thin line of gravitational pull, attempting to cut his head. You felt a slight indent before feeling nothing again. You turned and saw him back out of the way.

"What the?!"

You saw a very superficial wound on his forehead. There wasn't even a single drop of blood.

You made an area of delay at the man immediately after that cut. He would be slow to move. It was like witnessing someone lifting an invisible boulder on his shoulder and walking at the same time. He'd have to take a few seconds to walk a few inches.

You tried to make a claw, but all it did was make your hand feel heavier than it used to and that it wasn't sharp enough.. Shaping it to a glove would have the same effect, minus the perceived sharpness of it.

"I'll kill you!"

He was struggling to move.

I try catching up with him, but won't stray too far if I don't. If I manage to get close, I try to trip him up, make him fall.

In case he is too fast for me, I go back to Matt and ask him what he saw. Then I tell him about what happened.

When you woke up, it was night. And you heard a commotion from the broken glass.

I decide to experiment more, I decrease gravity around the kid as to try to make him as light as possible, possibly making him levitate, if that doesn't work out I immediately increase the gravity around him, which should hopefully make him fall due to the sudden change, I then step back a safe distance back and start squeezing his balls, readying myself to increase the gravity around the kid.

You decreased gravity and saw the man's hand suddenly swing and hit himself in the nose. He dropped his knife and held his face in pain. You saw a drop of blood slowly falling.

At this point, you just felt pity for him.

I get up as silently as I can, then cover myself in a thin dark layer of ash to avoid being seen. Then I slowly sneak towards the door opening to the living room, using cushions of powdery ash below my feet to avoid any sound, and watch carefully for any movement.
