I think there's a typo, not counting the switched first letters.

You blew out frost breaths, forcing the policeman to stumble back. He didn't stumble back enough for him to freeze in solid ice.

There's one more thing I want to try... I go back to the bits of white ash that remained on the ground, put my hand on a larger heap, and concentrate my thoughts on it. Maybe I can sense something, its origins, or what exactly it is? Something like ash divination, I guess. I feel stupid doing it, but I can't go without at least trying.

Petre got right into it, checking through his pockets and taking out his phone.

"Bah!" he shouted. "Broken."

The rest went to check on his pulse and brought him into one of their cars.

You stood in front of the white ash spot and touched it. There was nothing special about it, but you felt like you could control it. As you stepped away, the white ash followed you for a bit before dying down.

Your head dipped for a moment, jerking you awake.

"Hmmm, well ok then."

I go and unlock the door once more, and let him inside, and go and take the shovel out of my car just for good measure.

I first go and take a look at how much of my house is thrashed, and how much stuff has been destroyed, while trying to look out for any clues as to who might have done this so I can kill the person.

If I don't find anything, I go and ask my partner "Do you know who might have done this?", then at last I go and take a look at my ghastly basement, just for good measure, then start cleaning up as well.

You saw that the usual direction of where the destroyed went was towards the front door. You checked upstairs and saw that the destruction started from this floor.

Furniture was broken apart, your home telephone had broken into pieces, the bed broken in half, the kitchen table broken in half. Most of the furniture were broken in half, but none of the walls were cracked.

When you asked your partner, he said, "Maybe Todd's allies? Lackey?"

You went to the basement and checked. It was left clean, so you started cleaning up.

With the help of your friend, you moved out the broken furniture for an hour, and you were surprised how fast you two worked. You could move the furniture with your power. It was almost empty by the time it was done.

Your partner crashed onto one of your untouched cushions as soon as you were done. He was already too tired to move anything. And you were too.

I turn around and just fling the fire somewhere safe. Failing that, the air.

You felt something take hold of you again and you jerked, looking down. You were taken into the air by a gigantic eagle.

They started chasing you, soon to be outsped by the eagle a few moments later. You ended up on a roof with two men, one familiar and one unknown.

"Thank you, Cason," Mr. Reagul said.

The eagle dropped you off and turned into a grey goo, staying by the unknown man's side, Cason whom you presumed.

"Do you see why we have to stop them?" Mr. Reagul said. "You're going out of control with that instability, killing people left and right. Will you stop this group with me?"

"Anyways, I am curious, what is your name?"

I then finish up the conversation and then find a suitable place to sleep, you know, I go outside and put my car inside the garage and sleep in the back seats, leaving the shovel on the front seats.

I also take a good look at my car in order to remember what it even looks like.

I also make sure I have my wallet and my car keys on me.
If I find Merlin I let the basic ensue:
"Mer let's get the **** out of here!"
Then open the garage doors and get the car outside, I also close the garage if there is time obviously, if the guys are already close I just run over then or something.
I then drive off to a nearby healing place (Come on, why have medicine when some guy can just touch you inappropriately and have you healed instantly? There's gotta be some kind of molester in a pharmacy or something.)
If there are no healing places I just go to the pub or something.

"HUH?!" you heard Mer shout from inside the house. As you got your car out, you jerked to the sound of glass breaking behind you. A bat did it.

Then more bats were thrown, busting up the back of your car. Mer arrived just before your tyre was punctured by a spiked bat.
