i think the jackels from halo. u an shoot them with the rocket launcher like 3 times and there still not dead! on leagendary, 6 rockets! plus u need like a shotgun too if u want to beat them with out rocket launcher. and sniper from a distance.

She dies pretty quickly, and take as much as Leon. But for RE4, I'd say Luis. True he gets a man's part stabbed through him, but in the cabin fight, you can shoot him like a thousand times and he doesn't even bleed. He'll kill you though, if you shoot him too much.
master chief is pretty insane at taking hits. but people from final fantasty.... just get destroyed by like meteors, and like lightning bolts and all that stuff. so they take the most hits.
