My educated guess on the subject is that it would be extremely unlikely. But if it were possible, it would be something you would need to do on the Steam version of those games, so you would need to ask the on Steam forums for those games to get a 100% accurate answer.
I remember someone mentioning they were able to transfer their browser save for crystal story 2 to the steam version, despide the developer himself thinking it was impossible (haven't heard from this person if the game got bugged because of that, though).
So... in theory, if you copy the save from the armor games location to the steam version location, that should work? But if those are online saves, then I have no idea. But hey, worth a shot.
As for the save locations: you may have to seach "my documents" and %appdata% (roaming) to find them. I have no idea where the saves for those 2 idle games are stored.

I bought the Steam version of Crystal Story 2 and just right-clicked on the save file slot 1 on the Armour games version, downloaded it and replaced it with the save slot 1 on my PC version of Crystal Story 2 > %appdata% (roaming), loaded it up and got all my progress instantly from the browser version
