Well, for a very long while now Armor Games has only been accepting HTML5 games, and not Flash games. So as far as new games goes, there would be no change. As far as what will happen to the old games, unfortunately, that's yet to be seen. As far as I'm aware AG has not put out any official word on it. There are several efforts being made by various communities to keep Flash Games alive and preserved. As far as I know the most successful of them is a website that has them downloaded with an emulator of sorts. I believe there are other browser based emulators in the works.
TLDR; short term, new games are fine, old games probably not so much. Long term, those older games are still going to be around, just maybe not on AG, and it may be a little harder
