Does anyone recall the zombie survival game that involved bringing in survivors and adding to your territory/fixing up buildings? You could find things to equip your survivor and train them for specific jobs. Ring any bells?
That sounds quite a bit like Rebuild / Rebuild 2. There's Rebuild 3 now on Steam, too.
