Just a thought of mine, because I cannot change name in the profile settings so I am curious if it's possible like maybe it require some sort of good reason to get the change?
Policy used to be you could change it once after you finish 250 quests. I'm guessing they loosened that policy - not that it matters any to you. Found the official support page for this.
