This is a completely serious club, people who make a decent enough plan will be able to comment and review other plans. Here is some zombie info.

run/walk: they walk

scream/groan: they groan

day/night: All da time babey!

what they attack: EVERYTHING THEY HEAR, OR THAT MOVES!

survivors: very very little, like near 100-1000 people on EARTH

guns: This is real time, being your neighboorhood and everything, you have all the resources you have in your house.

cure: there is none.

where to go: so long as you have a plan to get their, go for it.

how much you can carry: AGAIN, THIS IS REAL TIME

family members: theres a high chance they are zombehs too.
able to join: if you didn't read, just make a good plan.

durability: they can take ALOT of damage, worse than playing last stand 2 with just a pistol for the entire game when the zombies have twice as much life.

doors: they can't work a doorhandle for the mostpart of their brain is already rotted
I am still making my plan right now, but I think some of you can do it. Let the zombie surviving begin!

As far as i can tell the first 6 pages are people coming up with and criticising other peoples plans. The first official virus i found was on page 6.

Creater:Thoadthetoad
Name:Anthemia
Key Features:

When I say "infected" they have the virus (I will now call the all famous virus, Anthemia!). The virus instantly kills, and it places a growing parasite inside the body, much like R.E.4. The virus takes over most of the body's functions, and requires air to live, it lives off the dead corpse it is in.

I found the first official scenario on page 10.

Creator: Strongbow
Name: His Royal Craziness
Details:
OK. Youve made your move... you breach the fence around the school. Walking across the football field, suddenly a shot rings out and something whizzes by you. It seems some Lonewolf "King of the Field" survivor is not so happy about you getting into his kingdom. He's up near the stands and seems to have a rifle. Rounds zing by you as he rambles about this and that. Two unlucky victims are sprawled nearby. One has a .357 in his hand. The other, around 15 feet from you, has a bandolier on and near him, a shotgun.

The second official scenario i found on page 12.

Creator:Strongbow
Name:N/A
Details:
Its day 10 of the Panic. Its nearing evening, and you sneak through the broken store-front window of a dilapitated Wal-Mart. The aisles are strewn with all manner of goods. The smell of rotting food and flesh lingers in the air. As you pick your way down the nearly depleted canned food aisle, you hear a sound. You immediately crouch and raise your weapon. After a few seconds of silence, you hear it again...a soft moan.
Cautiously, you lightly step your way down to the end of the aisle. The sound seems to be coming from behind the spoiled meat counter, but you don't see anyone. You have your supplies, (at least a few), and you have a bit of light left.

Survivors, what do you do?

The third scenario i found on page 13

Creator:Thoth
Name:N/A
Details:
This is the first day of Panic. So far your family has managed to stay disinfected, barricading your home and living life normally. On th fourth day of this, you wake up to the sound of moaning. Your brother (aged 16) runs into your room, shuts the door, locks it, and starts to barricade your door with your bed and dresser. You learn from him that both your parents and your older sister have been infected. In the room you have a computer, 2 lamps, a bookshelf complete with books, some DVD's, and a phone. You see the door starting to break. You are running out of time. What do you do, survivors?

Fourth official scenario found on page 14

Creator: Quakingphear
Name:N/A
Details:
Here's a scenario. You have been hole up in your shelter for a few weeks with a few other survivors you met. You have successfully led them through some tight encounters, and kept them alive. There's a new guy in the group who wants to lead. How do You handle him/her?

(I know it's not about zombies, but the problem is bound to come up)

Fifth official scenario found on page 15

Creator: skater_kid_who_pwns
Name:N/A
Details:
Your gruop is going to to a walmart, to get guns ammo and food and water. As you enter you hear gun shot, which means survivors that could ned help and could in the end help you. But, it could be dangerous to engage them right now becuse they are fighting zombies and might shot you before looking what they are shooting at. so, what do you do?

6th official scenario found on page 16

Creator:quakingphear
Name:N/A
Details:
Here's another scenario. It actually has nothing to do with surviving though. It's the last day of your life. The rest of the surviviors with you are dead or turned. Your in your shelter and the undead have completely surrounded you. You have a week worth of food, a melee weapon, and a gun of your choice, but with one magazine left. The zombies can't get in, but you can't get out. There is NO way to come out of this situation alive. You have the choice that little or no people have the luxury of having. How will you die? Do go in a blaze of glory? Charging the ranks of the undead? Or do you wait for darkness to close slowly in from privation? Or do you tale your own life?

7th official scenario found on page 18

Creator:Strongbow
Name:N/A
Details
ts been 3 months since the Panic. Your current defensive position has been compromised and youve been forced to move. Your initial town is dry, save for the undead that wander the streets. You take what little provisions you have, load them on your bicycle and head out. Dodging lunging corpses and rotting bodies, you work your way to the town limits. Ahead of you is the interstate, a tangled mass of discarded vehicles, forgotten supplies and the occasional moan of the undead.
You pause on an overpass, take a swig out of your waterbottle and peer at the threadworn AAA map propped on your handlebars.
You have two towns to choose from. One of them, Handlerville, is a fairly rural town of around 15,000.
It sports a large hardware store and a newly opened grocery store.
The other town, Smithtown, is a bit larger, formerly supporting nearly 55,000 residents and having all of the immenities you would expect from a town of that size, including a hospital, shopping mall, and a radio station.
As you start pedaling again, instinctively dodging the hands that occasionally swipe at you from some of the stranded cars, you decide what to do next....

Where would you go, Smithtown or Handlerville? There is no wrong answer, although your choices, as always can effect the probability of survival.
Think on this one, survivors. I look forward to reading some honest responses.

8th official scenario found on page 20

Creator:skater_kid_who_pwns
Name:N/A
Details:
Your barricade has been breached by zombies and the other survivors are out looking for suplies while you kept watch. They are comeing fast and there are about 50 of them. behind you is the window of the 2nd story. You have all your guns, Your crow bar, A knive, And some oil and a few matches, now you can try to fight them your self or figure something out.....look at all your opptions.

9th official scenario found on page 22

Creator:Thoadthetoad
Name:N/A
Details:
You are in a highly barricaded military base. Oddly enough, you have found large zombie activity since you moved to the area. You have only salvaged a decent amount of weapons and several. . . .unfavorable military men. You are suspicous about one who may have bad intentions. There has been a suspected infection among your group of ten. You find that 6 of your team has set off leaving you with 2 happy triggers and a cqc specialist (cqc means close corner combat btw). You and your team were eating as normal, when you hear gunshots outside.

SURVIVE!!!

10th official scanrio found on page 23

Creator:skater_kid_who_pwns
Name:N/A
Details:You are traveling through out the country side along with monk with the humve, when you come across something you never thought possible, An entire town....uninfected. All the people are there living as useuall, Farming and such, wood working or iron wworking. Everone has there place in this little town. When you arrive you ask a farmer who is looking rather curiously at you, if they heard of the outbreak. The farmers only replie is, Who the hell are you.
When suddenly a women in a long skirt and a button down shirt rushes out of a nerby house yelling" Hank.....Hank, You be nicer to travelers you hear me" Then turning to you says now whats all this about an outbreak? So you tell her ever thing from the start to how you came across here. They dont have radios or anything else. But then, out of no were an old man comes over,"Don't let these to younguns fool you, they know **** well what you mean". " We have had three or four of these things around, they are looked up in my basment. I can't stand those things. One escaped today, but he shouldn't cause much trouble." No sooner had the words left his mouth, then you here a moan from across town followed by a few screams of"it bite me, Or it got him"! What do you do.

Thats all im gonna do for the moment. It was actually quite interesting reading the stuff that went on in the earky days. Not many viruses so far which i was surprised at. O and btw strongbow was awesome.

I will do more later but that is the first 23 pages done and dusted.

I found 3 viruses!
First is by thoad, second is by skater, and third is by me.
Ahhh...the good old days, when I had just joined and... *continues boring "good old days" story*

Virus 1:

Name: G-VIRUS

Run/walk: Around as fast as an Antelope.

Scream/groan: Infected tend to roar, and grunt when running.

Day/night: They never sleep or tire

What they attack: Only other non-infected humans

Survivors: same case scenario my friends

Guns: real time with a G-VIRUS scenario/plan

Cure: A cactus flower ground into dust, with coconut milk made into a pill/capsule, if gone into the body of the infected, will cure it.

Where to go: same case scenario, again

How much you can carry: real time people

Damage they can take: Around the same amount as a human.

Family members: depends on how populated and vulerable your family members are, the virus isn't detected by the T-cells in the body, so that's like a no-go.

doors: they easily crush them with just a charge.

The story: Created by scientists of the asian community to combat the Goliath Syndrome, it epically failed. It enters the body through injection, which is impossible for you to get infected. Sadly, they now have a deathly taste for human blood, which means your screwed. They cannot use weapons, and the G-virus does not kill the infected. Now
then, good luck!

Virus 2:
Story:
It was a science test, just like every othwer day. Trying to keep fmailys from haveing to loss there pets to death. They called it the animila test, but AMI For short. They were using dogs for this part. Complecated test of draining the blood, then re-addeding a secret compound, similar to those used in the goliath syndrom. One day, they made a reak through, and were succsesfull. They managed to make a dog come back tol ive, though it was half decayed and walk around. But after a while, it started acting strangly. Twitching violntaly, and snarling. Then it lost it, killed all three scientist working on it and bit the rest of the animals there, which included, cats mice, bears, and elephant, and a lion or 2. It can olny be spread to other animals, and they will not attack zomibified animals, just living ones. Now they will still attack YOU for food, but you wont become on of them.....just dead. They act normal still, a nocternal animal such as an owl will still be noc ternal and so on.

Virus 3:
Name: Zanther, "death virus"

Run/walk: They jog at normal human pace.

Scream/groan: Victims tend to mumble strangely, repeating what they last said over and over and over.

Day/night: Night, dusk, and dawn.

What they attack: Everything, living or not.

Survivors: Just like the others.

Guns: Once again, like the others.

Cure: None.

Where to go: Same deal.

How much you can carry: real time people

Damage they can take: 3 times more than a human.

Family members: How tough is your family?

Doors:Smart enough to open

Intelligence:Pretty smart actually, they have about 75% knoledge they had when they were alive.

Machinery operation: If they could operate the machinery when they were alive, they could operate it when they are it.

Psychological: Somewhat, They tend to go to where they worked at when they were alive, They have feelings, but hunger overcomes them.

Strength/Endurance: As much as When they were alive.

How many: As much as the goliath syndrome.

Other: This Virus resembles the thing from the happening, except they don't kill themselves, they kill you.

The story: Nobody knows how it started because this is a fairly old virus.

Have fun with that.

There they are. The first three user created viruses I ever did see? Brings back memories...Well, not really, but still.... Pretty rad.

I found 3 viruses!

Nice 1 slliM. I searched the first 23 pages and thats what i found in my other pos. Not to be annoying or anything i think we should search the pages in order so that we don't get confused and post the same things twice. I was just gonna say do u mind posting what pages you found those on so as not to cause confusion.

I would like to join this club. what do i do?

Read the first page (more to get the idea of what we do here), make a plan on how you would survive according to the virus on the first page and answer a scenario which you can fiond by looking in previous pages.

I've done everything after page 153, looks like Woody did the first 23 pages. That's certainly a good start. Not sure what pages slliM found his three on, but I am assuming they are after page 23.

I'm going to keep working my way in from the back end. Good idea to post your progress, to limit repeat effort.

Nice start italnerd, but we would like to see something a bit more detailed. Could you stretch things out to maybe two paragraphs? Explain how you would be reaching Eskimo country. Do you live there already? Imagine your survival scenario, from the point of view of your own life.

Dang.

We can not let this club die. It was on the third page. That's sad.

Virus used: Zanther virus (my virus)

1st day of infestation.
You wake up and here something whisper "Honey, could you get that?".
You say back "You asked me that 10 minutes ago."
"Honey, could you get that?" your spouse says right back.
"What?" you reply.
"Honey, could you get that?"
You get up, turn around and see them. They seem...different and are attacking the bed.
You-

In the room there is a bed, a lamp, a desk, and a window. The building is 6 stories tall and your on the 5th.

that's a good question :P
we can't really answer till its done soooo

+++SCENARIO+++
Your looking for a new shelter after your last base was destroyed. You ran from your decent enough base, and the zombies got your friend after you fired the 20 shots on the mounted gun (previous scenario of mine). You find yourself in a moderatly large town of new jersey, when a band of alive people meet you. They end up mugging you, and all you had was a 9mm pistol with 3 clips of extra ammo, a broken leg, and an empty backpack. All your food had been taken, and you drag yourself into a nearby matress factory. You find an electrical cart and use that for transportation, the entire factory was clean, but the upstairs is unaccseessable. Right when you thought that this was gonna be ok, you hear several moans, driving to the front door, you see around 300 deadheads, must be wanderers that caught onto you and followed.

Now then, for extra points of you people who either: A)are getting bored of the club, or B)want a challenge:
+++CHALLENGES!!! (these will do pretty much nothing beneficial, besides bragging rights+++
1. Somehow kill every single deadhead (must give detailed descriptions and how much you think you'd be able to kill with what)
2. Manage to lure them away from your fort.

btw, the factory is 2 stories high, and 1 ceiling.

What i would actually do is break the line of sight between me and the deadheads flip the elctrical cart and hide underneath it. Simple.

But cos of the challenge heres what i base my other plan on. Most mattresses are filled with wire coils. Undoubtedly there would be this stuff in abundance in a mattress factory. I would therefore take a handful of these and find a good spot to hide within view of a window. I would then lob them out of the window of the factory. Hopefully the noise would fool the zombies and they would leave the factory.

That was the only thing i could think of in this instance. Having a broken leg makes it very tricky.

A mattress factory is a dangerous place, even for the once-dead.

There are plenty of machines, but the interesting thing is, I can be seen thru them. Sweet...

I assume the power is out, but that doesn't mean the tools that one would fine there are useless. Hand held tools would still be powered, so I would scoop up all the nail guns I could find, and toss them into my cart.

I would also find a nice steel bar to splint my leg. Pain be damned, I need to survive this.

I would quickly use a forklift to build barricades out of the piles of bedsprings, bed frames, and box springs, closing off the paths between the machines as best as I could.

The initial rush of the zombies would be tough, but that is when I would have my handy 9mm. I would save the last magazine for later though, as I think I could slow the herd enough to switch tactics.

Inside the machines, I would be more agile then a zombie, even with a busted leg. As the zombies were trying to reach me, (and being zombies, probably not figuring out too quickly that they can see me, but there is still a big machine full of needles and such between us) I would pump nails into their heads, a good nail gun can pierce a skull at eight, ten feet, maybe more.

It might take three, four, even five shots to do enough damage required to stop a zombie, but nail gun magazine holds a lot of ammo, and with luck, a place like this would have dozens.

As necessary, (or possible) I would use a metal bar to bash in a head. I should be able to find them pretty long in a place like this, to keep out of their reach.

With any luck at all, I could take out all three hundred.

Once I was done, however, I would be pretty screwed. With luck, there is an employee's lunch room. I could bash open the machines for chips, and water, soda and candy. Maybe a sandwich machine? Who knows.

I would try to pull out the cash, in case there was ever a chance to spend it again, but with the busted leg, it would be tough to survive for long.

Obviously as soon as possible, I would explore the upstairs, with the final magazine from the gun for protection. If it was clean, I would try to set up camp up there...

well, not as simple as you would think, here's a picture of the cart I'm thinking of:
http://www.myhome-n-health.com/catalog/Electric_Wheelchair.jpg
or at least something to that effect. Plus, your forgetting that the Goliath Syndrome zombies have heightened hearing, almost that of a dog, and have the nose of a dog as well, they'd catch you easy.

I would also find a nice steel bar to splint my leg. Pain be ****ed, I need to survive this.

Noble, problem is, with all that pain your likely to shout, moan, and possibly even cry. That'll attract them STRAIGHT to you, besides that, it's a good point.

Well I was actually thinking of splinting my leg, but ai guesse you have a point. But depending on how badly you broke it, resetting the bone might not be nessacary. When I broke my wrist, it cracked clean in two, but never needed reset. So it is possible that you wouldnt have to move the bone its self, only keep the leg from bending.

Anyway, I am to lazy to do an actally long long entry, so in short.

I would leave through the back if possible. Your cances of survival there are close to none. I would try and clear out as quick as possible, and find a lesser populated area.

(I'm A coward)
