This is a completely serious club, people who make a decent enough plan will be able to comment and review other plans. Here is some zombie info.

run/walk: they walk

scream/groan: they groan

day/night: All da time babey!

what they attack: EVERYTHING THEY HEAR, OR THAT MOVES!

survivors: very very little, like near 100-1000 people on EARTH

guns: This is real time, being your neighboorhood and everything, you have all the resources you have in your house.

cure: there is none.

where to go: so long as you have a plan to get their, go for it.

how much you can carry: AGAIN, THIS IS REAL TIME

family members: theres a high chance they are zombehs too.
able to join: if you didn't read, just make a good plan.

durability: they can take ALOT of damage, worse than playing last stand 2 with just a pistol for the entire game when the zombies have twice as much life.

doors: they can't work a doorhandle for the mostpart of their brain is already rotted
I am still making my plan right now, but I think some of you can do it. Let the zombie surviving begin!

Ah, yes a rope ladder could work, but what if your arms are full? I have tryed climbing a ladder with no arms, and it is near impossible. Now on a rope ladder that swings, you couldn't do it no matter what. You would have to find some better way to carry goods, wether it be a small wood platform you rig to the balcone above that you would rig to pullys to host it up with...yeah, go with that. :-)

it's good, but you might want to find some keys to a motorcycle or something, because the streets are also going to be riddled with empty cars from zombies attacking the streets.


Ahh i do have a motorbike but i thought a car would be more appropriate for these 3 main reasons.

You can put more supplies in them for long journeys like the ones i proposed in my plan. Cars have doors (obviously) unlike motorboikes and so you wouldnt be able to get pulled off your bike by zombies. In addition if you had to you could run over a zombie in a car, you wouldnt be able to do this with motorbikes.

As to protein, I would try to find small animals to keep on the roof, as mentioned, pigs, chickens, etc.

better yet, beans! They are easy to grow and soy beans are especially high in protien, how do you think vegans stay vegans and still get protien in their diet (sides fish)?

alright, sorry for the double post, but I see the starvation of scenarios. IT was theone99 that wrote it btw, anyways.

+++SCENARIO+++
You managed to get a glock and an uzi, but your in a ghetto populated area, where you have no survivors, and the area was sadly highly populated. You have around 4 clips for each gun, and you brought a decorative scimitar and a crowbar to start with. Your backpack is filled with cans and dry food, a perfect supply run you think. Around an hour walk away from your base, you notice something amiss. Behind you, there is a roaming mob of 100 or so zombies, they must have followed you. Do you make a break for the base? Or try and take some out? Your base has little defenses, besides a mounted gun and 1 other survivor. The mounted gun has about 20 shots, which is pitiful.
***HINT***
If you straight to your base, it's likely that they'll follow you.

can i ask what the buildings around you are like. Is this a ghetto like the projects or just regular houses?

Hmm that's tough. I would use a few bullets. A couple of shots can not take a large mob of zombies. After taking out a few I would try to loose them and hide inside a building (near my base of course, or is my base a building?) with lots of stuff (don't ask me what kind of stuff I could go on forever with the stuff) and set up a new base.

I'm confused lol. So when you say highly populated you mean what? Populated by people, zombies, what?

Are they fast or weak, strong as well?

Hmmm, fight a couple off, if they are slow i would shoot no wait, cut open my arm and shed some blood elsewhere so they attract to that stain of mess, then go to the base and get the survivor and hide.

Right?

I will put up my full answer tommorrow morning, but in short i would try and lose the zombies in the sorrounding buildings. There isnt really much point in trying to defend the outpost as the defences are too light. Try and find a good place to hide and wait it out as you have supplies to do so.

First thing I would do is speak a low expletive under my breath, as is seems to be the universal human response to such things.

Okay, ghetto implies several things to me, drug dealers, and tenements.

Plan (A)

I look for a house marked with bars on the windows, and some low-riders out front. With luck, I can find a crack house.
If so, these suckers tend to be pretty well armored. If the door is open, perfect, get in, throw the dozen or so locks, do a quick sweep to make sure the residents have all wandered away, and shoot at the zombies through the gun slits. If not, hopefully not all the locks are in place, try to crow bar it open, then lock the remaining locks, and pull a sofa in front of the door. Less time to search, if this is the case, but them's the breaks.

I also do a quick look for any drugs (a very valuable commodity in the post-zombie world, I imagine) fire power (these guys are usually better armed them the cops) and check out the escape hatch that these things always have, in case they get raided.

Once all the zombies are dedicated to the task of getting in, I get out, go through an alley or two, and head home.


Plan (B) No crack houses?

Tenements

Tenements tend to be built high, cheap, and close together. They are also highly populated.

This makes the buildings dangerous, but at this point, they are my only hope.

So, I make sure the zombie hoard sees me, putting a few Uzi rounds into any that seem particularly agile, or quick. I choose a building by (hopefully) spotting one with some lights, a fire escape into the alley, and no visible zombies.

Carefully, I enter the building, glock in hand, clearing out meat-puppets in the lobby, as required.

I work a forward and back motion, racing ahead to clear corridors, then back to make sure the zombie horde still sees me.

Once I get to the fourth floor, I sprint away from them, down the halls. I start banging on doors, trying to find one without a groaning noise behind it. Once found, I crowbar my way in, shove a sofa in front of the door, and head out the fire escape.

If the alley below seems clear (and i will drop the scimitar, or some other piece of useless stuff to see if it gets a reaction) then I will head down, then work my way back tot he street, hopefully now free of the horde, and continue onward.

If the alley seems unsafe, I will head up, and do some roof-top travel, until I find a safe alley to head down into.

that's an extremely good call, if it wasn't for member of the month already being someone, I'd say you'd be it, unless someone impresses me more than you did, your guarantee'd the january mark.
