This is a completely serious club, people who make a decent enough plan will be able to comment and review other plans. Here is some zombie info.
run/walk: they walk
scream/groan: they groan
day/night: All da time babey!
what they attack: EVERYTHING THEY HEAR, OR THAT MOVES!
survivors: very very little, like near 100-1000 people on EARTH
guns: This is real time, being your neighboorhood and everything, you have all the resources you have in your house.
cure: there is none.
where to go: so long as you have a plan to get their, go for it.
how much you can carry: AGAIN, THIS IS REAL TIME
family members: theres a high chance they are zombehs too. able to join: if you didn't read, just make a good plan.
durability: they can take ALOT of damage, worse than playing last stand 2 with just a pistol for the entire game when the zombies have twice as much life.
doors: they can't work a doorhandle for the mostpart of their brain is already rotted I am still making my plan right now, but I think some of you can do it. Let the zombie surviving begin!
Um...someone make a scenario so I can stop rambling on. My head is all spinny and full of things. Namely nicotine and caffeine and B12 and sugar and riboflavin and taurine and guarana...

One morning you're running in the park, listening to your iPod. You aren't really paying attention and you run in to someone, you take a step back while apologizing and taking out your earbuds. You look up to see a zombie staring back at you. You turn to run but realise that you're surrounded. You quickly pick up a canister of gas that was conveniently on the ground beside you and take your lighter out of your pocket. What do?
Become a fire eater! Store some of the gas in my mouth, spew it at him and light it as it goes!
Fwoom!
Then realize my mouth and face and head and body is on fire. Before running around madly, I change my iPod to "Fuel My Fire". Then proceed to run around madly.
I wouldn't try to fight back. I'd try to tip over the hot dog stand to hinder them if I could, but if they get even remotely close without that stand on the ground I'd start running. The Goliaths walk slowly, and so even if I walk at a slightly accelerated pace I'd get away.
Well, I tried making a really pathetic plan quite awhile ago, so, yeah. I'm just going to try again.
I have plenty of backpacks lying around and quite enough food to survive for awhile. I would store all the canned and preserved food in my backpacks that I could for the next trip. My grandfather has always worked with tools, so I have a plethora of heavy and sharp objects in my garage, but none of them are particularly long-ranged except the crowbar, the hacksaw, and the sledge hammer, but the hammer is wood and would break faster. However, I could probably stock up on both for now. There are no long range weapons in my house other than a bow and 3 arrows (family heirlooms; of course, that doesn't matter since this is a zombie apocalypse), and a nailgun, but that is not an effective weapon since it needs to be plugged in. But I would bring the nails and a hammer anyway in case I need to board anything up. I would store those in my backpack as well. My house is mostly brick, so it shouldn't fall too easily, but the doors are all somewhat flimsy and have glass windows, allowing zombies to get in. So I obviously wouldn't be able to remain here forever, and not very long at all for that matter, since this is a major city (Dallas, to be precise). The nearest place to find a new weapon would be the fire station immediately down the road, although all I could probably get from there is an axe or two. I HAVE had driving lessons before and I know where the keys are kept. To get to and from the station, I would take my mother's SUV, Still being aware of any zombies. I have been inside the firehouse before and have firsthand knowledge of its layout, and I know for a fact that there is a second floor that is only accessible by a staircase. The door is currently locked however, as it is not a main fire station; it is only really used for storing firetrucks and supplies. Anyway, I would have to break through a window, because I plan on boarding them up later anyway and I don't want to break down the door and give the zombies access. Noting that there are no zombies in here, I realize it wouldn't be that way for long if I remained here. There is a police station a few blocks away, and I can imagine that there are guns in there. But it is not a good refuge, because it has only one floor and several windows. Anyway, I could find a few handguns, packets of and tazers there, so I would take those to protect myself in the station, in case zombies DO manage to make it upstairs. There is also a radio on one of the desks, so I'll take that in case I need to receive certain updates or there are still any people broadcasting from old radio stations. I would return to the station and board up the windows and lock the door, then placing a few heavy objects in front of it. I was originally going to plan on boarding the door up, but I don't want to completely block the only access to my vehicle in case I need to escape. I would then go upstairs and lock and block that door, then probably block the hole around the pole that they slide down. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
There. Probably not so good, but I don't mind having whatever flaws there might be pointed out.
Are we tlaking like big metal can, or like plastic few gallon container? If metal, Use it as a club. Assuming I can pick it up, I acn swing it into a few zombies and make a hole big enough for me to run through. Then, find a rock, and break it, let gas leak out, then ignite, and run.
If plastic. Take the top off, Throw gas out of can, but leave can in hand. Once there is a nice line of gas going towards the zombies closest to me, thorw container of gas at there feet. Then light trail, and watch them go boom.
I would also like to take this opurtunity to point something out. Fire is not always your friend. It si kinda a last resort type of thing. Becuse fire isn't gonna ill them instantly. and since they Don't feel pain, there gonna wlak at you untill the parastie dies. So for at least a small while, you have flaming zombies on your hands.
I could see this making some amount of sense, Manta, however, there are a few flaws and/or misunderstandings.

I know you're strong, but canned food is quite heavy. I hope you don't plan on moving to far away from the SUV.
but the hammer is wood and would break faster
And heavy. Very heavy. Especially along with the other implements. 20-30 pounds total might not sound like a lot, but they will tire you if you ever need a foot war.
Dallas, to be precise
Bad place, but it can't be helped. I would suggest hitting the highway as soon as possible.
Anyway, I could find a few handguns, packets of and tazers there,
Do you know how to use them?
To get to and from the station, I would take my mother's SUV
You would probably need to find gas. Over the course of the rest of your life you will spend a VERY long time in it. Thousands of miles.
There is also a radio on one of the desks
Assuming it's portable, you will need batteries. These would probably be hard to find. Your best bet would be a hand crank, if it isn't already.
