I just thought about this. I hate having to check my profile every now and then to see if there is a message. I think it would be better if we got an alert saying how many new messages were posted on our profiles. It would make communication easier I think. It is not a bi problem but just a suggestion.
I was just thinking about that. Maybe have a small mail letter pop up every time there is a new message under your profile. You go to your profile and it dissapears untill you get another profile comment.
There is an option to get emails when someone posts on your wall.
I know but that is no different from going to your profile. Actually, that is more to do. I was just saying something should pop up saying "NEW MESSAGE. Click here." or something like that.
Its a good idea, yeah. Sure theres an email option, but then you hafta go to your email, log in, check your inbox, skim thru all the letters looking for AG memos, and then go back to AG, log in again, go to your wall, and then read the message. it kinda defeats the purpose. Maybe at the home page there could be an inbox or something. that works fine for youtube.
thats wat tabs are for ppl... if u dont have a mac then theres an option to amke a tab...when u go onto armorgames make another tab and go into ur email too and every once in a while u can click the other tab and see if u got an eMail it is faster by little than checking ur profile and u dont have to disrupt any game ur playing
Ya, I think Asherlee is right in that this has been suggested before. Still it slightly easier to navigate this site, without having to check your profile all the time. Kind of what Asherlee said too, maybe like a little icon in the username box, I don't think people would want to have a big pop-up or something, but just something little. If this ever did happen though, I myself would like the option to turn it off.
yeah this idea sounds cool! Put like a little scroll or something by your name if you have a comment on your profile. Then, if you have like more then one have a little number next to it.
I like the idea because I always check my profile after everything I do and I thnk it would be great to have this idea because then I will know if I have a new message or not!
This is a great idea. A little envelope by your username at the top should come up, and for multiple comments there should be a number or a tally next to it.
