We could probably find it. I think we could find a cure for all diseases now, but what about the ones in the future? It will just be a never ending process of discovering a new disease and trying to kill it before it kills us.
There are so many kinds of cancer. I highly doubt there will be a one-size-fits-all cure. Every cancer has different properties and lethality. For instance, testicular cancer is over 99% curable. On the other hand, lung cancer has about a 40% cure rate.

So every doctor in the world should drop what they are doing and search for the cure for cancer?
I doubt that we'll ever have a way to cure cancer as cancer is in itself a large branch of many different types of problems. It's kind of like asking if we'll ever cure sickness, sure we'll get a lot of it, and we'll find ways to lower our chances of getting it. But ultimately there won't be one single cure and new types of it will emerge as we find ways to combat the ones currently around.
"From what I've heard, Chuck Norris' tears cure cancer... but apparently he's never cried and he never will..."
Haha thats a great one =D

Yup its just survival buddy. New diseases come and go.

No, the point was that more money should go into cancer research instead of erectile dysfunction and hair loss research. I am not saying stop those but just give some more money to cancer research.
A little while ago, I learned some some research that sounds promising. Taking cancer-killing granulocytes from healthy subjects and injecting them into cancerous rats has had a 100% success rate in killing the cancer cells, and it is hoped that the same thing will happen when they test this on humans.
