That's actually not true at all. The missiles have travel times, and can be seen while traveling, so once the first one is fired the other side knows what you're doing. They in turn respond in kind once you launch yours. In a nuclear war everyone loses.

I think that a nuclear holocaust might be fun! lol jk.

What reason does the US have to go to war with Russia anyway? Its like picking two random countries and saying which will win.

Now if it was the SU vs USA, it would be different.

Oh right I suppose its because Russia has nuclear weapons...still, what reason is there?

If we get into any war with a big country, I think it is going to be China. It just makes sense; two of the world's biggest economic powers would duke it out for economic supremacy. what do you guys think?

I don't think you understand the difference between economic and military supremacy. China really doesn't want to get involved in foreign affairs right now. Maybe in 50, 100 years, I don't know, but trying to predict what the world will be like that far out is an exercise in futility anyway.

China doesn't match the U.S nor the Russians in a fight. (due to the statistics of troops + various weapons) China still has a crapload of troops, though.

Btw, we are developing anti-ICBM lasers, kinda like those space movies. Right now we have a smaller laser that has the heat of a blowtorch that can shoot off a plane from 30 km (wow!) away.

We should hope for peace because a war between Russia and the US would escalate quickly. China would jump on to Russia's side then the Western European world would jump to aid america and there we have WW3 which is not good for anyone. So Woody, quit being a fucking retard.

Ya, a war with Russia wouldn't be pretty. They seem very impulsive when it comes to war decisions,and commands. I wouldn't want to have to deal with them threatening the world with nukes : /

Ye Flipskis right. U should have made a reference to Monty Python they are far more witty than Mr Bean and for the record i loved the bean movie. The Ruskis arent prepared for a war. They have far fewer troops than they used to and would find it hard to wage a war in Europe. All of the NATO stations dotted around Europe i mean considering the RAF, The Luwtwaffe, The USAF, The Royal Navy and the US Navy combined could hold the Russians uot indefinitely. The Typhoon which us and the germans have is superior to the MiGs the Russians use and so is the Americans F22 Raptor and when the F35 lightning comes out that will blow them away. Theres always my beloved harrier to deal with aswell. I think if nukes were used it would be different, but with an effective and organised united NATO force it would be a short war if it was Russia vs everyone else. Also people keep thinking that China would jump on their side just because they are communists. This couldnt be further from the truth. The amount of border disputes they have had in recent years is ridiculous. I owuldnt be surprised if they took their chance and attacked Russias flank. So on a serious not if nukes werent involved NATO would win no question.
