I think Hitler did die, Soviet troops burned his and Eva Brauns bodies. But even if that didn't happen, all the other stuff with him would have killed him. He was addicted to pain killers, and most likely had Parkinsons and possibly syphillis. If he had survived that stuff, then he'd be insane, either from the arsenic used to treat it or the disiese.
