Electric, no competition

It depends on the song. Some songs are better with acoustic. Most rock songs do sound better with electric but not all. It just depends.

It depends on the type of music you want to play. For Country music, you'd use the Acoustic guitar. For Rock music, you'd use the Electric guitar. It's all about the type of music you are going to play, so you can't pick which is better...
