Well it all depends on the arsenal. Master Chief will most likely win seeing as he has a suit that weights about a ton and the suit has a gel layering that absorbs most -- if not all -- of the impact. Master Chief is a spartan raised to be a soldier from the age of six. There are a lot of enhancements to further increase his capabilities to give him super speed, inhumane strength and incredible reflexes. He can see in the dark, sprint at nearly 50 kilometers per hour and has unbreakable bones. Not to mention the MJOLNIR armor which amplifies these abilities ten-fold and gives him rechargeable shields as well as a motion tracker. A washed up clone doesn't stand a chance.
you people realize master chief (and every spartan from the spartan projects 2 and 3) is designed to be a super soldier to fight Elites wich are 3x as beter as any soldier on the planet

Wow, that does sound quite impressive especially considering the size of mecha he destroyed.
However, Master Chief has also received nearly every badge for honour and bravery in battle, destroyed more than 2 Halo rings plus the newly rebuilt ring by the Gravemind, disarmed the entire Halo array, taken on countless hoards of flood (which also can change their form almost instantaneously), completely blew up hundreds of Covenant ships and saved the Universe from almost complete annihilation by both the Covenant and Flood alike.

I think master chief had fought enough Covenant and Flood and survived enough explosions to creAte 5 Reincarnated metal Gears and They have an shield surrounding them
the chief, unless the chief wasnt in armor, then snake, but even so, maybe snake if the chief is in armor, because there are clones of snake, so the chief would be overwhelmed by snake.
