Well that happens to loads of people. My brother joined the army at 16 cos there was no other work worth doing. If people always did a job they enjoyed it wouldnt be a cliche to hate your job.
well as i am bored to pass the time i will list all the jobs i have ever had and what i didnt like about them and hey if u dont like it its my thread so idcare wot u think!
Worked in a pub as a waiter and dishwasher.
1) The soles of your feet get sore from standing for 6 hours at a time. 2) The surly unfriendly customers.
Worked in a factory stacking cardboard boxes.
1)The lifting all day hurt my back after a while
Worked on a construction site
1) Very tiring on my arms carrying buckets up ladders. 2) Got very bad blisters on my hands and they ended up growing a new layer of skin.
Worked as a labourer for a landscape gardening company
1) Horrible work hours 2) Same as above. The blisters continued.
Worked as a graphic designer for the company my dad works for Hawker Siddeley.
1) Hand cramps from drawing all day 2) Hurts your eyes squinting after a while
RAF
1) Only get to fly 4 times a week 2) Flying for the navy is shit because they dont respect us or understand flying at all and so give us rubbish orders 3) Dont get enough time off to see family and friends 4) Mostly my senior officers are very good but there are a few who are absoloute toss pots.
There got a lot out of my system there. I feel relieved.
Huh, I'm 15, and because I'm at the perfect age for it (old enough to want to work but young enough to not be able to), I do odd jobs (manual labor) for a guy in the summer and walk his dog year-round except for winter.
