The ERSB is a game rating system that reviews games. A few years back GTA san andreas had content which was AO+ Mature video game players who used the cheat say a scene containg some things. When the news got out the ERSB Requrid that rokstar game make a new version of the game without the content on it and that the game with the content on it be rated AO+. There were no charges pressed aginst rokstar games though many still belive that the content is also on the m rated version as well
Some people modded the game so there was a hidden mini game within it. Caused a lot of contraversy and became even more fuel for those who were already against video games. The mini game contained nudity.
Yeah, it was created out of a hack and was never in the main game. I have heard that it wasn't even RockStar that made that side quest, it was a hacker.
The only other mainstream game to receive the threat of an AO rating was Manhunt 2 for the brutally graphic violence and bloodshed. It was made by...*drumroll*... Rockstar! They are famous for making "offensive" games like GTA and Manhunt. However, I think that video games depiction of violence is blown way out of proportion. Who cares if you see a little cloud of red? It's just a PG-13 movie! Anyways, the ESRB is becoming more and more redundant.
actually what rlly happened was that some rock start producers were bored and made a s3x game for fun. Then when testing came out the deleted it, but not fully. There were traces of the code of this mini game in the full game. The only way to get this was by going onto an internet hacking site, buying a game shark, installing a whole shit load of software for it to work properly, and finally setting it up. This is a waste of money and time, for a s3x scene that had horrible graphics, and was actually really stupid. I've scene some A games, such as the guy game for the ps2. lol it actually invloved almost-fully nude women in a serious of mini games.

Why bring it up now, if it happen a long time ago.
What;s funny is San Andreas and Manhunt both suck! (SAn andreas=Vice City or GTA3 Manhunt=how to make TEnchu more brutal and suckish.) The whole ESRB thing orginally started because of Mortal Kombat, who will get their first ever T rating this year (MK VS DC) and this franchise started in the 90's. The reason it got so much attetion was from the fatality's, From waht I gather Sub-Zeros had the most effect. (SPine rippage.) Obviously GTA only added fuel to fire, so did other popular games such as DOOM, which put a first person prespective on a player who goes around killing demons (Some of whom look like people.), and obviously we all the know the story of the Psone game that was so amped up but got pulled, the one where people have to fight their way out of hell, it got pulled for obvious reasons. (Look it up on wikipedia.) THe SAn Andreas thing was stupid any way. And I personally think it's a blessing to have the ESRB so parent's will be more responsible with their children.
[quote]Flag yeah Ive never seen an AO game, even games like the guy game are only rated mature.. The reason you have probably never seen an AO game was because they stopped making them a while ago. Like I remember seeing them when I was little. Now the highest rating is mature soooo yeah
