Well, I love to cock, bake any thing. IF you love to share one of your favorite recipe for others to try. If you dont know how its made (you dont wanna ask your mom) Just look the recipe up on the internet!

here's mine...BANNANA COOKIES!
3 very ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar, packed
4 egg whites
3 c. oats
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla or banana flavoring
Chocolate chips and/or nuts (as you wish)

Mix first 3 ingredients together in a bowl. Add egg whites and mix. Add remaining ingredients except nuts and/or chocolate chips. After dough is mixed add nuts and/or chocolate chips.
Batter will seem too liquid but drop on cookie sheet anyway.

Bake at 350 degrees F. for 12 to 15 minutes

I would give the recipe for my dad's chocolate chip cookies, but that's a closely guarded family secret...

I would be disgraced if I posted it here.

Description:
Kinilaw is a delicious Filipino dish that comes in many varieties. This type of Kinilaw consists of yummy vegetables and fresh fish that's cooked by vinegar.

6 cherry tomatoes, chopped

2 sili (small chili peppers), chopped - optional

Preparation:
1) In a bowl, marinade fish in coconut or white vinegar for 30 minutes.

2) Put all other ingredients with marinaded fish. If you prefer it spicy, include sili. Mix well.

3) If desired cold, let sit in refrigerator for about 30 minutes to an hour.

Here's something I make every once and a while:

Take a tub of whipped cream,
Put it in the freezer,
Wait for about 2 hours,
Scoop out some whipped cream,
Put in a handful of chocolate chips,
Mix the whipped cream and chocolate chips together,
Take some Vinilla ice cream,
Put the whipped cream on top,
Enjoy.
