here's mine...BANNANA COOKIES! 3 very ripe bananas, mashed 1/2 c. butter 1 c. brown sugar, packed 4 egg whites 3 c. oats 2 tbsp. flour 1/4 c. milk 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla or banana flavoring Chocolate chips and/or nuts (as you wish)
Mix first 3 ingredients together in a bowl. Add egg whites and mix. Add remaining ingredients except nuts and/or chocolate chips. After dough is mixed add nuts and/or chocolate chips. Batter will seem too liquid but drop on cookie sheet anyway.

Ingredients: 1/2 pound fresh tuna, cut into bite size cubes
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium size onion, chopped or cut into thin half rings
4 stalks of green onion, chopped
1 very small piece of ginger root, minced
1/2 cup coconut or white vinegar
6 cherry tomatoes, chopped
2 sili (small chili peppers), chopped - optional
Preparation: 1) In a bowl, marinade fish in coconut or white vinegar for 30 minutes.
2) Put all other ingredients with marinaded fish. If you prefer it spicy, include sili. Mix well.
3) If desired cold, let sit in refrigerator for about 30 minutes to an hour.

Ok, the one one the last page, with the tuna i tried it...it rocked hard. As for the angel food cake things, and the cool whip, I am gonna try both. I liked those bannanas by thw way!
