Take a tub of whipped cream,
Put it in the freezer,
Wait for about 2 hours,
Scoop out some whipped cream,
Put in a handful of chocolate chips,
Mix the whipped cream and chocolate chips together,
Take some Vinilla ice cream,
Put the whipped cream on top,
Enjoy.

I ran out of peanut butter while making peanut butter cookies and this delicious gem was the result.

Nutella-Peanut Butter- Chocolate chip cookies

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 1/2 cups dark brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
approximately 1/6 cup peanut butter (originally 2/3 cup)
1/2 cup Nutella (the substitute)
2 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips (that ended up being to much for a good consistency, but it was very chocolatey )

Preheat oven to 350F In large bowl, cream together butter, sugars, salt and peanut butter, and yummy Nutella. Beat in eggs and vanilla and then add the flour and soda. Mix well and then add chips. Roll balls of dough and drop onto greased cookie sheet 2" apart. Flatten a bit with palm. Bake 10 - 12 minutes and then let cool.

These are good too. I got them off the internet a long time ago.

Caramel filled cookies

1 cup butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup baking cocoa
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 (13 ounce) package Rolo candies
4 squares white chocolate, melted

Preheat oven to 375F Cream together the butter and the sugars. Beat in eggs one at a time then add vanilla. Combine flour, cocoa and baking soda and stir into creamed mixture. Shape a spoonful of dough around each delectable Rolo, you'll want one person to place them and another to unwrap them, try to make sure there are no hole on the bottom, the caramel leaks. Put on the non-greased cookie sheet and bake for 7-10 minutes. Let cool and drizzle with the melted white chocolate (this is messy, you may want to skip it).

Super Yummy, Super Easy Dinner...

1 lb ground beef or chicken
1 packet Taco Bell seasoning
1 box Velveeta Macaroni and Cheese.

Cook up the beef/chicken as the directions say on the Taco Bell packet (basically brown it, add some water and the seasoning).

Make the Mac & Cheese as the box says.

Combine the two. We call it "Kentacoroni and Cheese" ... but that's because we're lame. It's delicious!!!

I have learning quite alot from my dad on cooking expertise over the last 4 years, and I will share with you two really awesome recipes.

first one is to create your own taco bell style quesidillas.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 pounds of flank steak(be sure to get the right type of steak)

fajita marinade(I used a brand called kc masterpiece)

2 8-10" flour totillas(its really a matter of how big you want the slices to be)

cheese(thats up to you as to what type if any that you want to put on it)

and finally taco bells qusidilla sauce(you can buy the sauce in small cups by itself for fairly cheap, but this will just make it more authentic)

Instructions:Marinade the steak for 30 minutes then you will need to cook till you think it is best cooked(whether you want it well-done of medium-well or whatevr)then you will need to chop up the steak into appropriatly sized strips, and get out the first flour tortilla put the steak strips on it and organize it however you want, then put on te shredded cheese(if you don't have any then go get some if you want)then be sure its spread evenly enough.Put the other tortilla on top of it.I actually had a bit of an advantage with this next part.We had a special tool that sliced the tortilla and mashed then peices shut.If you have one of those or if you can figure out another way to do that then you should be fine. After that is done, cook it again(using a microwave preferably for around 1-1 1/2 minutes)and then if you have it,apply the taco bell cheese(it should already be warm)Last step is of course to enjoy.

Now on to the other recipe. This one is actually a favorie of mine that I have been making since I have known to cook, and it is homemade spaghetti. Now your taste buds may be a bit different then mine, but here is how I make it.

Ingredients:

2 Bay leafs(optional, but suggested for more meaty sauces)
a small amount of each-(all of which should be ground/chopped up)
Parsley
basil
oregano
garlic(minced or powder will both work)

a very small amount of each-(these are all actually optional but some of them can change its flavr drastically if you add too much)

Majoram
Thyme
Rosemary
Savory
Sage

Rosemary is the one I am most familiar with.It adds a bit of a odd sweeter taste to the sauce.

Anyways next you will need to choose the type of pasta, that will go with it.Of course usually you would go with spaghetti noodles, but I would also suggest vermicelli or angel hair.If you want more info on the types of pasta go to[http://media-2.web.britannica.com/eb-media/23/623-004-1C568E49.gif] This[/url].

Now of course it would be quit hard to have some decent sauce and in order to do that you have to have the basic ingredients for it.That would be of course ground beef, and you can either get any type of spaghetti sauce(red thick tomato sauce that is preseasoned, although barely seasoned in my opinion) or you can substitute it with tomato sauce which may not be as thick.

Now the first thing you should do is get out a giant pot and fill it with water. Then get out a skillet. Now this part is up to you,but you have one of two choices on how to cut the meat up.The first is the way I do it.I put the meat on the skillet after it has been defrosted and chop it up with a plastic spatula(I am a germaphobe)or you could wash your hands and rip off individual peices from the pack and roll them into the right shape that you want. Now that that is done, you should now put the meat on the skillet and cook it using a spatula to flip the meat, being careful as to not burn it,by keeping it on one side for too long. Now you should put the water on the stove and set it to high at first until it starts to boil a lot then turn it to medium and put in the pasta you chose to use(I would suggest only one type of pasta,so as to keep a basic texture to it),and while you are doing this be sure to keep the meat from burning, and once its completly brwon, then drain any grease in the skillet, and if you want you can water it down,to get ridd of all of the grease, but as a fair warning this may make it less thick, and if you chose to use tomato sauce as a substitute then this may not be such a good idea. Now once you have done that you should now put the sauce into the skillet with the meat(if you are making a bigger serving then don't do this and instead get out another pot,and put both the meat and the sauce in it,but you may want to add more seasoning to it as well)Now all of the seasonings I had listed before should go in.It doesn't really matter in what order, just as long as you spread them all evenly, and also be sure to put the bayleafs on opposite sides of the sauce and to keep them whole(remove them at the end)then stir it all together(also keep in mind that rosemary may not always break down as easily as other ingredients)Now the pasta should be cooked fairly well, but a trick to be sure its cooked is to take out a single string of it(being cautious as to not burn yourself)and throw it in a whip like way towards the wall.If it completly sticks to the wall, then you know that its done, and that you no longer will have to cook it.Now that it is done cooking.Take the pasta and drain all of the water,in whatever way you know how.I have a pasta drainer which I use,and I would suggest that you use something similar to avoid spilling pasta out of the bowl. After that is done serve it in whatever way you like and enjoy your home cooked spaghetti.

I hope ou guys like my recipes, and understand them.I am using a computer that doesn't have firefox today, and so I don't hav my spellcheck system I am so used to.Anyways if you have any comments or suggestions for either of these recipes then be sure to contact me on my profile.Enjoy!!!
