I don't know if it's possible. Yeah, only mods and admins can change AG.
I remember it as well! I think Klaushouse posted it. It let you mess with the current page your on like resize pictures, change words and loads of other cool stuff without actually changing the site for anyone else.
Whatever it is, it seems as though it would be an exploit of some kind, so discussion of such things is not permissible by AG law.
