Actually kris, I think that IS a good example. And your mailroom analogy is why I don't find Palin's definition of "more experience" convincing in the slightest.

But when Obama is criticized for having little "executive experience" I think of the experiences (political and otherwise) he DOES have and find them to be more than sufficient for the task at hand. At the same time I find his relatively short amount of time as a politician, specifically, to also be a plus. Which is why I say that the surface of her comment, I don't entirely disagree with.

I like to point out the fact that JFK was our country's youngest president, and he saved us from a nuclear holocaust and got us on the moon. Soooo....

Well kris, if they are showing up to the standards and obviously show that they know what they are doing, I don't think experience matters.

Say experience is viewed as significant because through it one learns, but some do so faster then others

So experience its self is not the entity here, it is knowledge. So it becomes fallacious to argue on ones lack of experiment. Ones lack of experience just gives you motivation to bash them on their issues, since you are convinced that they don't know much.

But of course, it seems them Republicans can't do that and will resort to "Obama is inexperienced!"

Its all about the issues

That is, their views of it and how they present them.

Either way, the quality of her experience and the issues, her presentation and views, with Ms. Palin I remain singularly unimpressed.

I found Palin hilarious!

She always tries to change around the topic. It seems she just studied a big list of things and whenever finds an relevant topic, she'll just start on them.

Another thing is that she always saying that Mccain supports everything. Then Joe pops and says how McCain voted against this, this, and especially this!

Most of the time she doesn't respond to them and when she does she tries to cover them up in a way and never gives a direct answer.

Btw, she said the war in Iraq was a fight for democracy...

To be fair, a few of the times Biden said McCain voted one way or another he got it wrong. That said, Palin was just out of her league.

Yes they both made some mistakes. I don't expect Biden to know how each person voted every time, but Palin made mistakes on troop levels and Mccain's plans. If you want include every time she said "Mccain will do this and this and this!"

Another mistake itself

She seems to have studied a lot on the energy topic so it popped up just about in every question.

I know right? I was sort of embarassed for her even though I can't stand her.
