Today I can do that in 4-5 min.

i just run when i need too theres people at my school that can run faster than 6 minutes

I can run 100m in 12.48

i think under 1 min........
lol jk under like 10 since i really dont run anymore

uhh im not gonna lie my first and only mile time this school year was 10:36...*falls over and dies*

I can get a pretty decent time. My fastest is 6 Minutes, 29 seconds 59 milliseconds.

i can get at least 6:30 becsuese my coach timed me. my friend got at least 5:46 it was awesome

and for 100 meter i got 10 flat!!! my friend got 12:54 h ha

About 5:15 at altitude (Denver, CO), I've never tried one at sea level but I would like to see what I could get.

last time i did that it was 9 minutes

im not a long distance runner so 9:00 but i can run a 100 meter in 11 seconds
