Oh lets see 8 min 12 (-ish) I don;t like running unless it is necesary and stuff like cross-country is torture. Having said that I am good at running and my stamina is reasonable.

That was after going jogging everyday for a month to stay in shape for the basketball tournament in my school

10 something, and I'm in shape. D: I've just never been the in-shape-runner, unfortunately... I hope to god I don't get chased by a bear with someone who can run faster than me.

I generally run two miles since I need to be able to do a mile and a half in 13:30 (Marine poolee), and I usually run between 11:50 and 12:30 for two.

So, I'd say 6:30-6:50 for a mile, maybe less.

I can run one pretty fast. I have to run a few miles for basketball all under 7-10 minutes. I usually do it no problem so I say around 7-10 minutes.

I'm not a good runner, I think my best time was 10:23, but that was a year ago. I don't like talking about my mile times I got this year :x.

At the end of cross country, my pb was around 6:30 although I run the mile at my track meet tomorrow, so I hope to be at least at 6 minutes or even break 6.
