i think they would tie. because hulk would destroy iron man's suit. and then hulk would return to normal.

I think the Hulk would win because as he angrier, he gets stronger, so who says he wont kill Iron Man as soon as he destroys his suit.

hmmm... The Hulk normally go's crazy but in the new movie they show him finally managing to control his powers. Ironman does not have very strong armor so I doubt that will manage to stop The Hulk from crushing his armor. But Ironman is smart and fast so he could probably dodge Hulk and then form a plan to take him down. So I would say... neither will win.

hulk would seriously win badly.i think he would win cause look at iron man he has a suit and cant take that much hits.then fatiality hulk wins

Hulk. His bersurk level could easily take down iron man, the only good thing is iron man flies and his blast that comes out of his chest.
