Well, if IronMan could stay far away enough, he could just blast the Hulk into submission. But if the Hulk got too close, he would crush IronMan like a twig.

Hulk, he can jump super high and you know how bullets and rockets can't hurt him so Hulk would win. He an also survive super high frequency Sonic Blasts!

Iron man would easily beat the hulk. He could just hover above him until he turned back into A human and the Iron Man could take him out easily.
