Werewolf, more power and you still get to be human most of the time. Vampires probably couldn't eat regular food and are a lot easier to kill than a large angry werewolf. Plus, the pack would allow for a more tactical approach to getting food then either seducing someone or attacking them in the dark.

Always the vampire out ranks the werewolf because werewolf only transforms into its monstrosity figure at full moon but the vampire can transform anytime at nighttime only or somewhere without light. The vampire also is a silent killer when it comes to mirror only because it has no reflection so the victim will not see it.
