I am tired of talking about politics,because both side flame each other, and i usually cant put my point across without somebody being an idiot. Anybody Just Tired? Cause' I'll tell ya, I am.
Yes, I am a little tired of politics. Unfortunately, their is more people on this planet then us two. Unless we wipe out the entire loving-politics population, it will never die out.
I am personnaly just tired of all the stupid attack ads just tell us about yourself don't point the finger all around just tell us your plan so we can decide whose has better qualities.
Yea the attack ads can seem pretty childish when you think about it, politicians are just acting like little kids squabbling over who gets the last piece of pie, not acting like the leaders they should be.
If you are going to participate in a politics thread, or any debate in general, then this is going to happen. You really have to suck it up and try harder to put you point across. If people are really flaming, report it to me. If there is arguing, then that is a real debate.
If you want to participate and get your point across, direct a post towards a specific member. Debating does take time to learn, and especially on an open forum. There are tricks to be learned.
It is hard to get a thread back on the track, but it IS possible. It happened to the Homosexuality thread, after loads of "I sum up the opppinions", but it happened.
yeah, I'm tired of all the negativity cuz I get more than my fair share of it in my regular life. . .that's why I don't visit this forum as much anymore.
I wonder if I could make an Equal/Open Minded Discussion Club, or something. It would ease the problem, if people are able to have an equal discussion.
Sometimes people don't even want to hear what you have to say because they are too caught up in themselves. It will sometimes take a while to get a thread back on the track of the actual discussion. The point is, don't give up, be patient, maybe there is a person out there that benefited from your post. You will never know if you give up!
