I would say a chainsaw to the legs, then arms, leaving you to feel the pain, but you'll die shortly from the blood loss.

Hmm, maybe being thrown into a meat grinder feet first, thats definitely bloody...

Probably, getting your back consistantly stabbed without you dying, the getting shot without the bullets kill you and then letting you hang on a rope tied to your hands and feet, and letting the crows eat you alive.

Over the course of several months, take out about a pint of your blood and refrigerate it, then once you have enough fill up a kiddy pool and drown yourself with it.
