I was wondering if any people have read the whole Bible? Personally I have only read bits but I wanted to know who has read it all and did it actually inspire you in life?
Yes I have read the bible. Except for maybe the Song of Solomon, it's pretty dull reading. One would think that a supernatural being would have been more imaginative and entertaining. Better books abound.
The reason I read it was that so much of our culture, for good or ill, is based upon it. Whether one chooses to believe or not, it is worthwhile to know what others believe.
